Ballad & Co is a Chicago-based company of music educators. After years growing their student community, expanding their offerings, and launching new partnerships with local schools, they needed a website that reflected their growth and evolution as a business.
Targeting increased enrollment rates, clearer messaging, and reduced admin inefficiencies, I worked as messaging strategist, copywriter, web designer, and illustrator to get the job done.

Illustration
New custom graphics establish a clear visual language and aid site navigation, building upon existing illustrations(bird and piano). and hand-crafted, textured styling.
Community Engagement
The addition of a dedicated student showcase section, instrument resource hub, parent testimonials and program sign up forms have contributed to the site not only making a better first impression, but making it easier than ever for parents, students and school leaders to take action.
